Submit both forms, along with your holding fee (cash or check equal to one month’s rent) to the Blue Sky office at 1330 Plainfield NE 49505 between 8am – 5pm weekdays.
You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your paperwork and holding fee. If your application is accepted, the house/unit you selected is reserved for you and it is no longer advertised. If your application is denied, you will receive an immediate refund.
Once confirmed, an appointment is scheduled to sign a lease at our office (this usually takes about 30 minutes). No additional money is due until your move-in date in August.
Upon move-in, a security deposit and cleaning fee are collected (rates vary depending on the property), and your holding deposit is applied to your first month’s rent.
Your security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure if the unit is left in its original condition and you have fulfilled the terms of your lease.
